Account Executive

The Bank Services Group of Payment Alliance International is seeking Account Executives in various areas of the country. Outside professional sales experience is critical as this individual will be working with financial institutions and merchants throughout their territory selling financial products and services. You must love to sell, have a strong work ethic, take pride in building long term relationships and want to have more control of your destiny.

As an employee of PAI you will be immediately eligible for our aggressive compensation plan. The compensation plan provides you with a significant account Signing Bonus combined with a recurring Residual Income stream. Our model is built on the premise that sales professionals can create long-term equity based on the effective selling and servicing of merchants in their specific geography.

Our compensation plan provides you with a Signing Bonus paid on each activated account. Every month after that you will receive recurring Residuals on all products equal to 50%-65% of the net revenue generated by the merchant during the previous month for as long as the merchant continues to process with PAI and you are an active employee. Additional commissions are available on new Discover accounts, Merchant Cash Advances, ATMs, Check Services, Gift and Loyalty cards, and Check 21 products. You also earn 100% commissions above cost on all hardware sales such as credit card terminals, pin pads, check reads, imagers, set-up fees, ETC. We also offer excellent medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401K program.

Expected annual earnings: $45,000 to $75,000. But many of our top sellers earn significantly more. There is no limit to your earning potential.

PAI believes that each Account Executive should have the opportunity to create long-term equity in his/her respective portfolio. You can rely on a monthly residual income stream that is generated by your long-term equity as long as your merchant remains a customer and you are in good standing with the company.
